Here at Country Emporium we try to provide our customer with the utmost satisfaction.
Ordering Conditions
Please keep in mind every piece of furniture is hand made so there may be limited stock of particular items. Country Emporium carries a large variety of stocked items so please feel free to contact us if you would like to know if the piece you are interested in is in our stocked items. If something you have purchased is out of stock, we will be glad to e-mail you photos of similar products. However if you choose to go with your original order, it could take up to 15 weeks to receive the piece depending on the complexity of the piece. All in stock items will be shipped with 4 weeks of the purchase date.
Like the furniture our antiques are limited. It is possible that we could be out of a item. Once we sell out of an antique piece we do our best to find more of them, however with the limited amount of antiques today we may no longer carry an item. If you are interested in an antique and are unsure if we have it in stock please contact us.

Product Description
At Country Emporium we try our best to be as accurate and descriptive about our products as possible. However we cannot guarantee that our product descriptions are totally error free.
Accepted Payment Methods
At Country Emporium we try to make purchasing from us convenient and easy. We accept credit card from: VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We also take money orders. and personal checks. However if you are paying by check, we will not ship any merchandise till your check has cleared. There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.
Cancellations
As soon as you place your order we begin to expedite the order. Once the order is place Country Emporium and you the purchaser becomes financially obligated to the purchase and the products ordered. Any cancellations will result in a 15% restocking fee. If the customer chooses to return the piece after receiving it, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees.
In the event that the item is returned in a damaged condition following cancellation, additional charges for repairs will apply. We recommend the customer take extra care when packing the product, check for proper padding and wrapping. Return shipping expenses can be substantial, please feel free to call for an estimate.
NOTE: Once the items are shipped, shipping charges are non refundable.
Returns
Country Emporium must be first notified of the return, then we must authorize the return of the item. All returned items are subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted after 10 days.
Shipping Charges
All shipping charges will be billed to you separately. If you are paying by credit card there will be a separate charge to the card for the cost of the shipping. Country Emporium will send you conformation of your shipping charge as soon as the amount is determined and we have received payment.
Notification Of Delivery
Most smaller items can be shipped via UPS to you. However if a larger item is ordered your purchase will be shipped by a common carrier.
If your shipment is being delivered to you via common carrier the shipping company who is obligated to fulfill delivery of you order will contact you prior to the delivery.
NOTE: Be sure that someone will be there to receive your order. Shipping is tail gait delivery only. If there is no one there to receive the shipment you may incur additional delivery fees.
When your order arrives be prepared to inspect the items for damages. All damages must be noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery. Country Emporium is not liable for shipping damages. Damaged occurred during shipment must be filed with the freight carrier at the time of delivery. Please feel free to call us for assistance during our normal hours of operation (607)865-8440. Most scratches or dings associated with movement or delivery of the product can easily be corrected with a matching color stain.
In the event of a damaged product, please refuse the shipment. Rewrap the product and the shipper will return the item to Country Emporium to professionally correct the problem. If damage is not noted at the time of delivery you may face additional expenses in returning the product.
